Retirement Plus Announce Product Suspension for New Cases

SeekER Equity Release News Update 21st April 2009:

Retirement Plus have advised that whilst they are putting in place additional funding they are suspending access to their products. This applies to new cases only - this does not affect existing customers.

From Tuesday 21 April, applications cannot be accepted or KFIs generated for new business. They are unable to issue offers on any applications they have been processing.
Thye will honour cases where an offer has been issued to a customer and process it through to completion.

They will refund the valuation fee on any cases submitted but not offered and will contact advisers who have an application in with them.

You can still use their website to seek information about equity release - the online calculator is also available to assess likely amounts for release in the future.
